Single-Ply Roofing Systems

The single-ply roofing system is made up of insulation, membrane, flashings, and adhesive, all in a lightweight, rugged structure. Jim Giese Commercial Roofing specializes in three single-ply roofing systems. 

• Ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) EPDM is a single-ply rubber roof that is stable and only requires minimal maintenance. It also withstands extreme weather and UV radiation.
• Polyvinyl chlorite (PVC) PVS single ply roofing systems are resistant to chemicals, including oils, fuels, grease, and even acid rain. They are rugged and resistant to punctures and tears as well.
• Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) TPO roofs combine welded seams and rubber and make a durable and more environmentally friendly roof.
