Jim joined Giese Sheet Metal Company’s roofing division in the mid-1970s. By the late 1970s, his dedication and skill earned him leadership of the division. With his father’s support, he founded his own roofing company in 1981.

Daniel graduated from the University of Iowa in 2002, with a BA in Economics. His work experience is diverse; he was a Laborer and a Maintenance Technician. From there, he became a Project Manager/Estimator, he holds that role currently, as well as the owner of Jim Giese Commercial Roofing since 2021.
Mike Cota
General Manager
Mike met Jim Giese when they worked at another company together. His experience in the industry started in 1981 when he worked as a laborer. In 1984, he started our Quad Cities branch & has managed that branch since.
